• NYC Shuttle has expanded the use of Digital Personae technology to include administration programs that allows them to manage the entire bus line’s ticket sales, manifests, scheduling, pricing and special charters. The managers are updated in real-time with all sales using sms and a custom desktop widget and they now have a proprietary Dashboard with real-time sales along with historical data in a straightforward one page presentation.
• Digital Personae is currently integrating Voice over IP, using open source software, into their system to further increase efficiencies.
